(2) RECORD YOUR MEASUREMENTS…
– TAKE PHOTOS: Before you take your first drink, take a photo of yourself or have someone else do it. Make sure you get a front view, side view, and back view. Choose a closely fitting outfit, so that you can document how it’s fitting on you. You will use that outfit for every photo from now on.
